OH Lordy, look who’s 40!

Gone are the awkwardness of your 20’s and uncertainty of your 30’s. You are now 40 and uniquely positioned to enjoy life the way only a 40-year-old-you knows how!

Due to this, many consider their 40’s to be a time of mourning for their younger years and coming to terms with incremental declines in health.
